As always, I have come to rely on Turbo Tax for filing my taxes. My situation is very simple not requiring deep analysis, tax advice, or additional forms. Thanks Turbo Tax.

Some of the "glitches" from last year have been improved upon, and some of it seemed easier to enter, however a few places with the large boxes to select did not seem as streamlined as before.

It was difficult to go back and edit a previously entered document in the step by step. It was necessary to go to the specific form to check entries or to make any changes.

I have used the product for years. I have a CPA so just use it to fill in the appropriate forms rather than for advice. Product is always easy to use and easy to understand.

Download sucks...bring back the CD! never got the state download to work. two hours on phone and finally support staff just sent me a link for the Vermont State program. You really need to get it together. Also bring back ITS Deductible

When generating all pages for printing, I wish blank pages would be inserted when printing one page documents. It is frustrating to have one form on the back side of one sheet of paper and the second page on a different page of paper.

Turbo Tax brings forward the information from last year and keeps track of my year to year items. I have used Turbo Tax for at least ten years. Easy to use.

I have used in past years and been happy. I had more problems with the interface this year and apparent hanging when trying to file. It was frustrating always being prompted to go online. Of all a little more buggy

YOU EVEN MADE IT DIFFICULT TO SUBMIT A REVIEW AS IT FORCED ME TO ENTER IN SOMETHING TO THIS FIELD AND IN THE NICK NAME FIELD! Why would I need a nick name???

When I did the import feature it did not incorporate the tax free interest of my bond fund, only taxable. There was no warning and I just happened to catch it. Had to manually input.
