I find confusing the user interface that has the boxes for various categories of data for electronic downloading from institutions. The seemed to overlap.

I have used Turbo Tax for years, and generally have been satisfied with the service. TT does not make it straightforward to file a paper return. I am very disappointed with TurboTax for making that effort so complicated.

I vastly preferred the desktop version of the software when compared to the online version. It was much clearer and allowed for better reference to prior tax years.

We order the desktop downloadable with 5 free federal filings and one free state download. This allows us to file for our immediate family and two elderly parents. Can even be used to calculate other returns if you plan to mail them.

Everything was easy except for 1 minor issue. Turbotax should allow the user to sort when we go thru the stocks page. It is better UX, since we could easily look up what we need if things are sorted by the user's request.

Don't like the new block boxes on work on won. I ended up with extra due to previous year transfer and download and had trouble figuring which I needed to delete. Also, would like to be able to see line calculations on form view.

Takes longer and longer to step through questions that apply to 0.01% or fewer people as they "improve" the product. Ads now put in your face too - even though you have paid for the product. Unacceptably bad but not so bad that I will switch yet. :)

No support for windows 10. Review process pales in comparison to years ago. Hate that they have dumbed down the downloadable version to support a crappy browser interface.

There is one section where you have to choose your state from a drop down box and the drop box does not include Tennessee in it. It creates an exception.
