I used the web version last year and HATED it, plus Turbo Tax made an error that cost me $$. The desktop version is much easierr to navigate and actually see what you are doing and where the information goes on the forms

Get rid of the AI - you have always done well without it. I have used Turbo Tax since its inception and will continue to do so as long as AI does not take over.

The program has become harder to use, and less user-friendly with importing financial data. What happened to the days when all I needed was a control number to retrieve my information?

Difficulty finding the forms I needed to submit with Form 8453, and failed to calculate my estimated state tax payments for 2026 this year. They have always been calculated automatically in the past.

Saw one issue when setting up for e-file. The 'Date of Birth' field was populated incorrectly, specifically the 'Day' field. I verified the date of birth was correct in the 'Personal Data' information.

Not as good as previous years. My financial institution provides a combined 1099. This year Turbo Tax did not parse or separate out 1099-DIV, 1099-INT, or 1099-B. It only saw the first 1099. I had to manually enter the remaining 1099s.

I have been using turbotax for years, the program itself is excellent, but I had to struggle to load the 2024 turbotax data, it should be easier! In addition is previous years I could TALK TO HELP DESK, that is missing!

You have a really bad user experience. It is not intuitive at all. Seems like has been designed by a developer. You need to hire a good UI designer and product manager for a complete redesign.
