Manipulation of customers to use a cloud based product; Impossibility of working from last year's return which negates all reasons for using the Intuit products in future years!!!!!

We had an issue with this years edition and called the helpnumber. The person who helped us stayed on the line with me for almost an hour to fix the issue. She was great (sorry i did not get her name).

I found the investment accounts/interest harder to follow than last time. Odd listing. Also, you did not ask me if I had an IRS PIN. So my return was rejected and I had to go and find out how to get my new pin. You should have helped me with that.

No printable state form which is the same as not giving me the state return. Helps were not provided. Every time I clicked on a question mark the help screen was blank.

Turbo Tax did not account for the state of Georgia's cap on SALT deductions. This failure has yielded an underpayment of my GA state income tax payment.

I like TurboTax, but you really need to charge less for filing state taxes since most of them are already free. $45 is way too high. $20 would sell it for me.

The new way of dealing with investment accounts is very poor. It is much too difficult to label and determine which account is which when we have multiple accounts with our broker. This was much more difficult than in years past.

The first update wiped out my work after 3 hours of data entry. The next up date locked up my computer. You need an automatic save before every update You need an option to disable the Import function . It was available in previous years.

You guys failed this year as I had to input all my brokerage data manually since it would not download from the institution. The program is not intuitive anymore, for what you charge it can be better. I will be exploring your competition next year.

Another year, another successful transfer of data from last year, imported my financial data from broker, signed up for audit protection, pushed the button to submit electronically, IT WENT THROUGH successfully!
