Good, very friendly software , i thought it is too hard to navigate and i cant understand its explanations. But i was wrong and it gave a huge confidence. Thank you for Turbo tax.

I've been using TurboTax for many years and each year it has become easier for me to fill in the forms. I feel like the Pop-up boxes provide much better assistance than in previous versions.

sometimes finding the space to put information is a problem. The cursor has to hit the exact spot before a open blank space to put the information will appear

The program itself is excellent, easy to use, fast and efficient. Downloading it to my desktop and rendering it operational was a hellish nightmare. The experience was so bad I may never use Turbo Tax again.

Each year TTax seems to get worse. Less intuitive, more cumbersome to use. My sense iis Im getting less value and the software is more expensive each year.

You pay for the program up front and it will still charge more at the end. They leak and sell your data too. Free file direct from the irs needs to be the future.

The verification checks before filing seem to have missed a missing Payer's Federal ID Number. Otherwise, beyond everything seeming more complicated now, as opposed to the past, it went well.

TurboTax did not transfer my data from previous years returns. Data from previous returns was not added to history records. Only data from 2025 is in history.

Why is the IRS IP Pin a six digit number and the eFiling Pin a five digit number. Not well explain not is process to get a Pin. Very frustrating to use.

After I printed my taxes with Adobe, TurboTax could no longer find my tax file. I even told it the exact adobe file, but TurboTax could not open it. MAJOR BUG!!! I had to do my taxes all over again from scratch and print with Word.
