Another excellent experience with TurboTax Premier. Have been using TurboTax for over 20 years. Saves a great deal of time, cost, and aggravation vs IRS Pubs, Instructions, Forms, etc.

I have used for several years. The past few, ease of use OK, but less information with the online version. Online too vague. Advertised free state at end I got charged

many questions are ambiguous and there is no info to further explain. state taxes specifies that 1099Rneed to accompany return but there is no feature to upload the docs to the return.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years as always its accurate user friendly and this year they have made it even more efficient and easy. I tried other tax programs and went right back to Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax continues to be a very useful product, but it is less intuitive and less helpful compared to previous years. It will identify an error or omission, but it won't take you to the place to correct the issue.

Overall Turbotax was great the only problem I had the form for the 1099B waschanged I could not figure it out >had to call to talk to one of your tax experts her name is Liz we had to do a screen share Liz was able to walk me through the form.

Really like TT. Disappointed the itemized deduction tool for clothing donations has been removed. I will resist going to cloud as long as I can. I prefer to keep my private details close by, on my local computer and not in the cloud.

Excellent interface and ease of use. Accuracy gives you confidence as you negotiate the Tax process. Have used other tax packages and this is the best by far.

I received an "error message" regarding state returns. Apparently not all forms were available/updated. I added my name to a mailing list to be notified when things were updated. I never received an email saying things were resolved.
