Since 1995, I have used TurboTax to do my taxes. 30 years of accurate, detailed federal and state taxes. My wife and I both worked and we each had our own business. I have been able to do them all in TurboTax Premier. I would never change.

Accuracy is great, features are great support is great. But.... Interface needs work, reading the onscreen text in the application has gotten so small, it's like 2-3 pt SMALL, with no option for enlarging for easier reading it is ridiculous.

This is the last year I'll be using turbo tax after I think has been about 10 years. Since you no longer have It's Deductible, and keep raising the cost, it's no longer worth it. Main reason is due to getting rid of It's Deductible.

Turbotax was noticeably worse this year with more emphasis on UPSELLING tax advisory services making me think the poorer experience this year was designed to support the UPSELL.

I have used Turbo Tax for years because of their accuracy, user-friendly Step-by-Step Format and the convenience of filing online. I also love the fact that I can enter my data manually for increased accuracy.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and explanations are much better and precise now. The UI has a good flow to it and goes from 1 section to the next and you can go back to a specific area if you want to review.

it ask you to complete the Washington state working family tax credit, go thru all page and says I don't qualify. then few page further it says WTC will no accept a 0 and then it wont let you e-file because of that. keep gon around and around.

Turbo tax charge too much for State e- filing $25 and illegal chrged $45 for Turbo Tax Premium 2025. I am really frustrate to make phone call, it wait at least 30-60 minutes long.

Need to provide more clear reporting for RMD paid from one account with 1099 R and when you do not have 1099R from investment firm as no Withdrawal taken for RMD or any other reason

Was very easy to use - it's great that the interface remains relatively stable each year so you're not relearning a lot. Can't think of doing my taxes any other way!
