I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and have great luck with it. I just wish that they would stop trying to push their on-line version. it is very annoying!!

I asked several times where I could input the IRS number provided for Identity Protection Identification number (IP PIN) and the system never provided me an answer to input this information. It did last year.

Interface for income items is getting too glitzy (more pictures, less words).Go back to 2024 version. Deductions and Credits should allow you to visit consecutively not go back to the top when you finish an item.

Turbotax had a glitch in filing the NC amended tax returns and had to spend an hour and 1/2 and still did not get the glitch fixed. Very frustrating !!!!

Hopefully it's correct. Compatible with what? Too many features. In your face. Didn't use support, Please make review optional, It's a waste of my time.

This is probably my 5+ year of using turbo tax. It continues to be a great experience using the software, all is easy to input and follow the process.

Need to address the issues with Quarterly Federal Estimated Taxes. So, if a person Pays Federal Quarterly Taxes the program should ask Did you do States Quarterly and or Local?

It seems to me that the TurboTax this year is not user friendly as the past years. Many instructions are not clear. You have to guess what the software wants

I want the ability to turn off running totals of refund/owed on top of page so I don't have to keep looking at it Also, stop pushing me to pay for audit assistance by defaulting the selection.

we did not use a live help. But to say this turbo tax is diffrent is an understatement.Have been using turbo tax for years. This year has been different and very agitating. The format is different along with the layout. it was a pain in the ash
