big problem with 1099R entries. TT looking for info not on 1099 and therefore not allowing me to file until i put in numbers myself. big glitch. glad others had the same issue and suggested the workaround.

I am new to Turbo Tax and found it to be difficult to get the program to recognize a long-term capital loss! I finally found the actual forms and put the loss in manually!

I was very disappointed to find that the It's Deductible module has been deleted from Turbo Tax. I found that module super easy to use. Manually entering non cash donations was very tedious

I've used TT for over 20 years. I've been a big fan - until this year. It's still really good, BUT it just felt like there was a lot more unnecessary double checking and definitely more effort to download data for our investments.

I have used it for years without problems. I do find keeping track of passwords difficult and spend extra time locating and implementing the security procedures each year.

The product is good and I have been using it for years. I do not appreciate paying the estimated underpayment penalty upfront and feel there should be an option in the software to opt for the IRS to calculate the penalty.

Been using TT for 10 years and every year it requires re-entry of data previously entered. All years of filing are in same directory, so no in-depth searching necessary. This should be a no-brainer. Explanations also leave a lot to be desired.

Not as easy to navigate as it has been in the past. Had to upgrade for more money to download investment 1099s. Extra to efile the state return. Turbo Tax is doing less and costing more. Probably look for a cheaper solution.

Years using it! And helps the process with complete accuracy. A little slow on Download updates, but other than that an excellent tool to do your taxes.

Took 4 hours to click each box of my investment transactions to indicate that they are not digital. I don't hold any digital assets. Why can't TurboTax just allow group selection?
