Horrible experience finalizing the tax submission process at the very end. You think you are finished and ready to submit, but no, you will enter your billing information twice! I will definitely look elsewhere next year.

Poor instructions and online help for amending, requiring some trial-and-error to resolve. (And Intuit's heavy lobbying against IRS direct filing coupled with deceptive free-filing ads in previous years leaves a very bad taste.)

Used Turbo Tax for decades. If you really want my feedback, you wouldn't be so dogmatic in telling me what my feedback 'count' is and must be! You're lucky I didn't just hit 'delete' !!!!!!!!

I was disappointed that Turbo Tax did not have the previous feature that helped value donated goods. I will look at other products next year to see if they have the feature.

you try to get money for us at all costs. Some parts dont work and enter a loop. I had to pay an accountant to finish the job with one the appications. It is a shame

Your software has bogus errors that are keeping me from e-filing. - Digital Asset Name 'required', but none exists. None on the filing documents, nor on my 'records' documents.

Hard to find a time to talk later, Needs a little more planning on times to get together again. Especially when you have not worked in Turbo Tax before.

My tax filing came back after adjusted by the IRS because TurboTax did not add taxes due for social security which caused an additional payment and fine!

INTERFACE WITH ETRADE AND OTHER BROKERAGES WAS VERY POR, I HAD TO MANUALLY ENTER INNUMERABLE TRANSACTIONS

Easy to use , up to date for any new user to use the product. I have been using it for last 10 plus years.
