It did not function as well as previous versions. It was a little flaky on the third party account access creating many questions on the correct completion of information. The printing/save is unclear. I want to save the Turbo Tax file as well as a PDF and this seemed difficult to navigate. During transmission, the program failed and wanted to install updates.

not happy with adobe install process i don't want to go through all those app offers. simple if i have to install and am forced to install and that is what it feels like, i don't want to go through these offers and steps to complete what i need to do right now i am very upset. i want simple..

The download for tax forms is problematic. I've decided I will hand enter all data. Entering data from mutual fund cos is not intuitive. I should be able to enter all dividends, interest, capital gains from one account withou going to threer diffreent screens. Also, it would be nice to bre able to r4eference the account the numbers are for rather than having to look at reports and match them up.

I was lied to too. I had issues filing at the end. I ended up working with several techs. They assured I'd be reimbursed for upgrading. They were trouble shooting why the file wouldn't send. They hoped that upgrading the version I was using would fix the issue. They gave me a code to submit for a refund for 70 dollars. I got an email fairly quick denying it. I ended up spending nearly 3 hours with a tech named Paul working on the issue.,

Import was good. An issue with having to change the font size so the screen fits. The final page, I couldn't click on the button due to scroll option wasn't available. I had to hook a second monitor to move the window so I could click the window button.

I only had two issues while using this year's turbo tax. One was my own fault; I didn't see a place to enter my estimated taxes paid for state income tax in the state portion of Turbo Tax. Finally, went back to where I entered the federal estimated taxes and saw it there below the federal. The other issue happened when I tried to enter my credit card information to pay for e-filing the state return. I was unable to see the button to continue and enter my credit card information once I had entered my name and address. After checking for an answer online, I was able to use the Tab key and blindly found the right number of tabs to hit the continue key I could not see.

The walkthrough of individual topics in Income and Credits sections is thorough and very helpful to non-tax professionals. Everything went smoothly with the exception of importing data from the previous year's return. For some reason, it added $11,000,000 to my AGI (I wish) and also incorrectly imported my bank account number, leaving off 3-4 digits in the front, so be careful to check this data, especially if you use your previous year's AGI in e-filing your return.

We used the desktop version this year and it behaved very differently to the web or app versions. Particularly when trying to import documents. I even worked through both versions and got different numbers. I already hated intuit for the corrosive effect they as a corporation has had on our country, adding user difficulty and unreliable results frosts the poo pancake.

Constant issues with installing TurboTax, connecting for updates, and when filing it could not transmit to TurboTax until about my 7th attempt during a 5 hour period. I have used TurboTax for many years, and this year's software is totally disappointing.

Slow going at first. Tax documents arrived very late. The Intuit app did not get updated until late January because of factors they have no control over. I made entries early on with info I had and where possible on the app platform. Once all docs were received and app was updated, I had all entries completed and my fed return and VA return done and filed two and a half hours later. I am very pleased and Turbo Tax continues to be the best. Thanks for all you do.
