The Federal portion was fine. The State (Mississippi) portion needs some work. There were a number of sections that were not very clear about what was needed. For example, it trying to ask me for income earned from two investments - both of which were the same one with a slightly different name. It took a while to find how to delete one of them. There were others, but I don't remember now what they were. Unfortunately, I didn't keep notes on that which I know isn't much help. Sorry.

My initial download had bugs. It hung up when trying to install updates. I had to reinstall a new copy after first having to uninstall my old copy. It took about a half day wasted to get this all done. What a giant waste of time. Another continual problem with TT is that they change the user interface every year--The changes are in areas that do not need to change, such as entering income. The enter income interface this year was particularly bad. It couldn't learn that I wanted to enter data myself, not download it.

There is a bug in the software. It has been a problem for over a month. Intuit doesn't seem to care about fixing the issue. The program adds a Canadian Retirement Pension section when you answer the question "did you live outside of the US?" with a NO. FIX THIS PLEASE.

Downloaded the software and started filing. Power went out before I could finish. I could not reopen the program no matter what I did. I bought another copy, and it said I had to close the one I had open, but it was nowhere to be found. Luck for me I have a laptop so I downloaded it there and was able to file. Will dispute the charge with my CC company. You guys owe me money.

I'm terribly disappointed that for the 3rd year in a row I supposedly cannot file my Minnesota return electronically. there is nothing odd or special about my return. I'll keep trying for another week. It seems to me at some point it ended up going thru, but it wasn't without a LOT of trying. Ridiculous.

I did not talk to anyone and finished on my own. Importing financial information from financial institutions was much easier than expected but harder to find how to enter school income tax withheld in the right place so it would be credited on the tax return

I paid for the desktop version. When I finished and was ready to file, the program told me it had to charge me $40 to file my Federal taxes. It also wants ti charge me $40 to file my state form. I spoke with Turbotax, and they were baffled and sent me a link to download it again. Same issue. I spoke with Sam's club, and as expected, there is nothing they can do. I've been using TurboTax for years, but never again.

For the first time, I was unable to import any of my documents. The verification pictures popped up asking me to identify motorcycles, crosswalks, bicycles, et.al. I attempted at least six times and could not solve the photos puzzles. For those of us with not great eyesight, these photo puzzles have been an abject failure at identification. Very difficult. TT needs another method.

On my credit card I was charged 2 to times for what I owe the us government that would be $1027.00 plus $28.00 for processing fees. now multiply that by two. on my credit card That would be two transactions $2110.00. there were two errors according to this program/app INTUIT.. and it kept asking for my credit card each time I fixed them. how do we fix this, so I DO NOT INCURE ANY ADDITIONAL INTEREST CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD. WHO DO i CONTACT TO FIX THIS.

Excellent program. Makes filing your taxes effortless. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years without errors or difficulties. Highly recommend its use to everyone. Don't pay a preparer to use software to prepare your return when Turbo Tax will walk you through it in the comfort of your own home.
