TurboTax Online is a superior experience. Desktop is limited to newer operating systems and the interface feels very outdated

I was not happy I was required to pay my fees by having turbo tax take their money from my refund. That was the only way i could continue

TT is easy to use and always accurate. I've been using it and its predecessor for over 25 years. Love it.

I think it's ridiculous that Turbo Tax charges a refund processing fee of $40!!! Taking money from people after already purchasing the product.

Year after year turbo tax refuses to fix the bug which double counts Massachusetts Resident's Income from Non-Massachusetts employers.

Turbo tax is easy to use. I lowered the rating one star because sometimes the help screens are not as useful as they could be.

Very accurate and fairly clear. I could not transfer data from my previous return or print last years return because it was online. good features.
