EASY TO USE BUT EXPENSIVE CONSIDERING THAT I AM DOING IT MY SELF AND TOO MANY QUESTION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT WHEN I AM PAYING MY MONEY FOR IT.

I've been using Turbo Tax for years. I wouldn't do it any other way. Highly recommend this software.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and it is always straightforward and up to date with the latest tax laws.

Everything worked fine except the ability to download my E*Trade 1099's. Nothing I did worked and I called them twice on it for help.

I was not able to install turbo tax on my primary computer. I had to use my backup computer to file my income tax. User help line was not useful

Reasonably priced and easy to use. Explanations, where needed, are comprehensive and easy to understand.

No problems except with Charitable contributions changed from last year. Had a little difficulty figuring out how to get the correct information.

$80 is a ridiculous amount of money to charge for this software. You are practically skimming off of my income just like the IRS

After years of using your products, I will search for a new provider next year because you discontinued "Itsdeductable." I'm very disappointed.
