The taxes were rejected initially due to health insurance. I think it should have come up before it was rejected.

TurboTax Online is a superior experience. Desktop is limited to newer operating systems and the interface feels very outdated

There are places where you can be more educational to non tax folks to help guide them through the ordeal. However, your software is intuitive..

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. My only complaint is the continual pitch for additional services.
