TurboTax is awesome!

TurboTax desktop makes it easy for me to do my taxes with its guidance interface and accuracy. Makes filing easy as well.

Can't run with Windows 10.....boo!

Used to love TurboTax but ever since you required me to buy a new PC just to run TurboTax I have a very sour taste in my mouth.

Easy to enter information into TURBOTAX. Just follow along.One thing I don't like about this year's taxes, you have to a $40 e-filing fee.

THE STEP BY STEP GUIDANCE IS GOOD BUT IT SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY GO TO THE NEXT TOPIC INSTEAD OF HAVING TO SCROLL DOWN THE WHOLE LIST TO GET TO IT

what happened with your "it's deductible" feature for donations. Took twice as long to complete return since this feature is no longer available. .

Less intuitive than in years past. Not as much guidance. Did not like the search feature or the "help" feature.

Mac Version improved

I chatted with the live expert and got the answer. The call back is quick. The print option for Mac version seems to be working better than 2024.
