The 1095A enter was not a good experience. The selection to enter this information in did not appear in TuboTax until the form was rejected. WHY???

I like Turbo Tax, however, for some reason I had difficulty understanding some of the requirements. Explanations and descriptions should be clearer.

Not nearly as easy to use as it used to be. Will be looking at other filing options next year after 25+ years of using the product.

I guess I would be considered old school. I was not comfortable using Turbo Tax Live. Maybe I'll try it next year.

Love the step by step instructions. Very easy to use. Love the options for saving .pdf and .tax files.

It seemed to take ;anger this year than previous years for the software being ready to input 1099"s.

We have used Turbo Tax for many years now and find the software easy to use and straightforward. It is the best way for me to file!

Easy to use, as usual. I like the ability to use a guided interview or choose what I want to work on.

This was great much cheaper than doing it online at TurboTax without buying it via this method. I will do it via the Sam's Club download from now on
