It seems to do the job every time. I've been using it for the past 10 years with no issues. it perfect for people with simple returns.

Turbo Tax made filing a LOT more difficult DUE TO CLOSING “IT'S DEDUCTIBLE”. PLEASE bring it back!!!

Clarity of instructions sometimes misleading. Needs more helpful advice and explanations of entries requirements

Import W-2 was not correct as I was originally owing over $11K to the state of OK until I chose to enter the data myself resulting in a $146 credit.

It was not as clear as previous years. For example, there was no explanation of how/where to find US part of Capital Gains.

Features were helpful Accuracy was good Compatibility required new computer Guidance was good Interface was useful

This was an update issue which the tax expert couldn't help. She did look up info for me. I will have to wait and see if the info was correct. .

I have used TurboTax for many years and have never had a problem thanks to the complete guidance in the program.
