it still charged me for state filing even though i was supposed to get one free state filing with my purchase

Been using for 30 years. It has become nirmal process. It still has it's issues and seems to be le=ss i=user friendky over the years.

Over the years, I found it user friendly, and there was not a situation that Turbo Tax couldn't handle.

Need to fix what if about farm income. I said no farm income, the inquiry came back to tell about farm income.

This year's forms were the most difficult to follow that w e have ever experienced with TurboTax. I would not recommend this program to anyone!

The entry for the foreign tax credit would only accept one country. I had two. So i had to enter the total amount as coming from one country, Canada.

The program seemed a little more complicated this year. It was easier to understand in years past. Still was able to figure it out, though.

I prepared a tax return and it was rejected because of a 1095 A issue. Turbo Tax helped me fix the problem easily.

It took a while to adjust to the new method of entering information manually, but I eventually figured out how to accomplish this.
