All communications with persons was excellent they were eager to help, concerned, courteous, efficient and Professional.

Removing It's Deductable took away a big part of using this software over the years. Will reconsider next year.

Had several problems where Fed info would not transmit to my State form and no where to get assistance unless I pay MORE for the issue!!!!

Too difficult to use. Had issues with printing my returns. Too many unnecessary pages to wade through. Up charges are also a pain.

Worked fine, a little clunky this year, had to go back a few times to add entries not prompted originally
