Mostly great, but a few of the instructions are a little obtuse and I had to look up information elsewhere.

Makes my filing so easy. Having been using this software since it was introduced. Wouldn't have it any other way. Would recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately, we were unable to give it zero stars. Software was very buggy especially in the CA state area.

I couldn't complete efiling my state return as there was trouble with the intuit payment page. Very frustrating

I've been using TurboTax for years. I will be using it in the future. I like the process of how to input the information

had to enter my data 2 times because the program got stuck on a review page and stayed there for over 12 hours.

Love that it pulls information from previous years. so helpful. It allows you to make sure you have all the documents needed each year.

I have used Turbo for many many years. I don't like being asked over and over again to upgrade so many times. I like to ease of use doimg the taxes.

It's very bad that you did not prompt for the irs ippin when needed. The return was rejected because of this.
