accurate and works as usual

works good as usual and as usual seems accurate - but Intuit's attempts to change slightly every year usually simply makes it slightly more opaque!

Taxes 2025

I probably needed a new computer - but because you didn't have the CD included, I had to get a new computer to even run the program.

Installing turbo tax was problematic.

I was not able to install turbo tax on my primary computer. I had to use my backup computer to file my income tax. User help line was not useful

the interview process or guidance is really clumsy and not well organized. Adds a lot of extra time to completing the return.
