Only issue i had was getting an email from turbo tax to sign into my intuit account. Had to setup a completely different account to finally get in

I was unable to download last year's return even though I used the online system. The flow of Turbo Tax seemed less, user friendly this year.

The importing and comparing last years TurboTax return was a great help and saved time. I could skip to relevant areas of the return.

The program changed this year and I had difficulty using it. It seems Turbo Tax wants you to buy more of there products.

I found the interface very cumbersome and difficult to use. Previous years were much easier to navigate.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and follow along, just have all your docs ready, it tells you what to enter, very helpful

Have used TurboTax for many years; I feel it's the best product fo individual do-it-yourself tax returns.

There are some changes in questions this year but still easy to navigate. Having used TurboTax for many years I can say they always deliver .

I've been using TurboTax for 25 years and have never had a problem with my returns. It is well designed, easy to use and inexpensive.

The Turbo Tax software is easy to use and has been continually adjusted for tax law changes and improvements in operation over time.
