I called for a problem but the help lady, inspite of spending lot of time could not help me. I resolve my problem working with my son-in-law.

We have successfully used TurboTax for our federal and state returns for over a decade. Never a problem.

It was much easier to use the interface this year. lots of small glitches caught and removed. Updates are timely and not too long to download.

Turbo tax is a very user-friendly and helpful tax preparation program. The questions are clear, and the program explains everything in an easy way.

I always use turbo tax, but this year some things changed making filing more difficult, i am not confident i wont have problems this year.

Completing the forms is easy, but once an efile is rejected, it is difficult to impossible to reach someone in support to find out the next steps.

I didn't have a question that I wasn't able to figure out this year! I have in the past, and they were very helpful!

Where there is an IRS reject, the software simply does not interpret it correctly. A simple thing like AGI of spouse should be fixable,

I did not use live tax advice and hopefully turbo tax contained enough material to get through tax season
