I couldn't be more obtuse when it comes to taxes, finances, investments, etc. The fact that I can even get through the process is amazing to me.

Product worked well. Only issues I had was easily accessing the worksheets from the forms. This was a bit of a clumsy interface.

Had to use a Windows 11 PC this year. My 'tax computer' was Windows 10 and not eligible for upgrade. Cumbersome to get info off of old computer.

Have been using for past 5 years. Simple and easy to use. Would highly recommend for uncomplicated tax returns.

On line version clear and easy to follow. Instructions for printing estimated tax forms could be clearer

Could not file state tax electronically due to an error applying the payment. First time this has happened over all the years I have used TT.
