Been using it for years. Do all my family and friends taxes using turbo tax. There is none better. Very easy to work with.

TurboTax is easy to use, gives prompts when necessary and explains thin in the help boxes if needed.

Good product but the additional filing fees are too much! I already bought TurboTax so why am I getting charged more for simply filing?

I have used Turbo Tax since 1998 and never had any problems. Never felt I needed to use their tax experts or audit help.

You stopped supporting windows 10. Makes it harder to complete at home and I'm not comfortable putting all my information online.

Too much crap you are trying to sell. When i purchase a program it should focus on my tax preperation, not trying to sell me more crap.

I didn't use a live expert, I felt comfortable with what I was doing and the product guides you in the process.

More cumbersome this year than previous. More questions and checks then I remember. Some may be required by tax changes but seemed overly so.
