i HAVE MORE PROBLEMS WITH THIS YEAR TURBO TAX THEN i HAVE EVER HAD.YOUR PRICES FOR ADD ONS SEEM TO BE RISING AND YOUR QUALITY SEEMS TO BE DECREASING

Hard to navigate between forms and screens. instructions often unclear and difficult to find solutions.

Have used Turbo Tax for many years. It is very helpful. Our experience is that the accuracy has been 100%.

A couple of time I was using the downloaded version and saved my work, but when I came back the next day, I had to re-enter data.

All information was easy to submit. Trying to pay for audit defense with credit card, keeps indicating (try again).

The only issue I had was : I didn't feel like the difference between On-Line and Desk Top filing was explained.

Product is good except that your advertisements and trying to sell add-on services are annoying and may lead me to try another tax service software.

I was supposed to be able to print out a voucher and have the address to send the money to but that did not happen.

Turbo Tax is very helpful in guiding me through the process. I have used this program for several years and have had no issues.
