TURBO TAX IS GREAT

I HAD MAJOR PROBLEMS EMPORTING MY DOCUMENTS. I HAD TO INPUT THE DATA MYSELF, AND MAY HAVE MISSED SOMETHING.

Love TurboTax!!

I recommendTurboTax to everyone. It makes filing so easy, and I don't have to deal with compiling document for tax preparer.

Turbotax: I always count on them

Easy and accurate as always. I abhore high pressure sales tactics and TT wisely avoids them and relys on their reputation and customer loyalty.

Some how regressing every year

Frustrating upload and reading capabilities for W-2 an documents. Some how your process has gotten even hard to parse with every year.

TurboTax is easy to use

Simple to follow along and enter the required information if you keep files of everything and don't have to scramble looking for documents.

Easy to use for medium complexity tax returns

TT has become easier to use as I have used it for years. New format for dividends, interest, etc. is confusing.

Excellent Software as always

Been using it for years. Haven't had an issue with audits or anything out of the ordinary. Each category is explained in good detail.

Using TurboTax to file for state tax return.

When trying to pay for state return filling fees, the interface does not work well. I will file paper copies instead. That was very disappointing.
