Almost everything was as expected except for form 5695 which seemed to take forever to be added to the software

Importing of Sale proceeds for prior year from a recently closed brokerage account did not work when linked to the institution. Very disappointing.

Have been using for many years but this year program did not ask if used previously and did not transfer info from previous year.

There were some challenges but got through by digging in to understand elements an lo with the help of the "pros" to help with that.

Long-time user and prefer the Desktop version, so please continue that option. I would move onto another product if the Desktop version went away.

Too many hidden fees. It's like Ticketmaster. A 40 possessing fee. It should be based on a percentage of the refund with a max amount.

The steps involved from start to finish is very frustrating and redundant. I had a hard time finding passwords and codes to even get going

I have been using TurboTax for years and really appreciate how easy and fast it is to prepare and file my tax returns.

Kind of misleading to buy a TurboTax product with State and still have to pay to e-file my state. Very Frustrating.

I had some difficulty managing the software. My return kept disappearing and it took forever to find it again.
