My experience with the Turbo Tax Tech was excellent. Couldn't find last year's return. She found it and provided some tips along the way.

Using TurboTax to complete my taxes was fairly simple. However, I have been trying to e-file my taxes for almost a week without success.

I've been using TT for over 20 years, this year was the first time I found it to be a little confusing. It was not broken, why did you try to fix it?

I would like to see more detailed explanations on some of the main screens. Sometimes the explanations are a little ambiguous.

Very easy to use. Have used for 10+ years. Only software I have ever used. Have never had an audit.
