I have used Turbo Tax for about 20 years and it has been easy to use and accurate. I like the import features where it can go and get the 1099 INT and DIV numbers from the different institutions this really saved a lot of time and hassle.

Several errors within the forms and questions required to go through the easy steps. It makes me wonder if certain versions are different, online vs desktop, mac vs windows. Priority fixes going to the most user base……

Overall very good experience, however some questions have ambiguous wording. Had to read multiple times to ensure I understood exactly what wa being asked.

It's annoying to not know the true cost of Turbo Tax. The solicitation for paying for additional features is annoying. The hidden fees for processing an e-file is also irritating.

Always a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work. One suggestion though; maybe see if it's possible to have all the necessary forms for your software before the IRS starts accepting returns, again if possible.

I like turbotax!! Seems efficient, easy to use, and as far as I know, it's accurate. I like the down feature where I could look up the financial institution and TT would gather the information itself.

I've used TurboTax for over 15 years. I was really ticked off that you required Windows 11. You could have included Windows 10 with extended security. Had to find a computer with Windows 11

Have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. It is a user friendly and painless way to do Federal and State taxes. Intend to keep using this each year.

Turbo Tax is an excellent tax preparation program for the average person who needs to file federal and state taxes. I have been using it for many years. Thank you!

Turbotax continues to be hard to install on Macintosh, and there were "loops" throughout the interview process. also did not like the persistent ads for the added services eveywhere.
