Disappointed in TurboTax letting customer know that many forms were delayed such that we could not filed our taxes, and did not keep us updated on when they would be provided. Will probably use H&R Block next year.

I am always totally satisfied with doing my taxes via TURBOTAX. It makes life so much simpler and is and always has been a "user friendly" experience. Thanks and GOD bless.

I'd like to be able to save a copy of the transmittal form when I submit the e-filed return. It would be very good if I had a record of when that occurred (date & time) if a question comes up about that having been done!

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It's easy, just take your time. No need to go to a tax preparer, because they will ask you the same questions that Turbo Tax does.

Everything went well except it did not allow me to pay online for State filing. It did an oops. I had to remove Turbotax and redownload it from your web site and import my file as an amended return in order to file state.

Quirk caused by New York State's electronic filing rules. Even though my 1099-R Box 16 is blank. New York State requires a value. I never would have known how to resolve this were it not for AI.

Each year it becomes more challenging to load software, to understand what information is being requested, to look at and compare old tax forms. Maybe it's time for a new software program

City of Pontiac MI Attachment 2-1 Box 7 asks for actual workstation but it filled in the address from W2. There is no way to change it. I had the same problem last year. This needs to be corrected

It's fine for simple returns but if an amendment needed to be made, it was not helpful to determine exactly what was needed nor was there a '?' to ask for clarity.

It is a good program to use. I would however, like it much better if you had the option to choose whether you wanted to update the software every time you logged back into it. A simple Yes or No to select.
