I've used Turbo Tax for years and loved it. This year there was some confusion for me with premium and using desktop or on line version. apparently paid extra for premium unnecessarily and couldn't figure out how to opt out

Your product is terrible for dealing with 1098T, 1099Q, scholarships and college costs. Completely inscrutable and a random walk through questions that don't get to the correct answers. Every year I hate it more and more.

Non-stop hidden fees. I'm always surprised every year but I shouldn't be. This time I bought the software and get to the end and they have an additional $65 fee for filing.

The only problem I had was for some reason Turbo did not ask me for my bank acount information when I told it I wanted a refund of the over payment. I had to go into the forms myself and make the necessary adjustments.

Your product is awful now. The stupid forcing to use the online version is beyond maddening. I hate this product now and will cease being your customer.

I have used Turbotax for many years and it is extremely good. It is very easy to use and is very complete. It asks questions and suggests better ways to get deductions. I recommend it to all my friends.

It was fine, fine, fine, fine. What do you want me to say. Just file the return. So, I have to type 42 words to get out of here? What is this????????? Do ? count????????

Software was NOT backward compatible with Windows 10 (small print on box) and also no mail in instructions for the state of Georgia on E-file instructions., Probably won't use again

The installation was not easy as the AI agent tried to upsell me to the on-line filing and a more expensive package. It should be easier to just install the desktop version and start my return. Otherwise, the package is great.

I'm a long time customer since first introduced to Turbo Tax by a colleague! I in turn have passed on the tradition of using your product to my children, grandchildrean and friends!
