Software is buggy, isn't efficient at times where it asks you to enter the same information multiple times, there are always questions that leave you wondering how do I answer this.

It seems that with your push to get customers using the online version of TurboTax, the programming has gotten sloppy and a bit twitchy for the Desktop version, which I prefer and will continue to seek to use until it is no longer offered.

I have used Turbo for years. I started out with the on line version and realized almost to the end something was wrong. could not find out how to get back on track so started over with the desk top version and things went well.

I am still waiting for your software engineers to update Tubo Tax to allow me to amend a 2025 return I filed with a missing W-2. Why is it taking so long. Your message said it will be updated by February and its almost March.

Changes made in 2025 required to reenter all of you interest and dividend information if not imported. In general the 2025 deluxe was more difficult to use than prior versions.

Ive used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. It's always been simple and straightforward, getting faster every year. Twice I've paid tax professionals to do my taxes and twice the results have matched TurboTax.

have use turbotax for 30 years. This year the instructions regarding interest were very confusing. Something changed and not for the better. Very disapointed this year.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 20 years, if not longer. This software is always, always wonderful. It is easy to use and understand, and makes filing taxes almost easy, lol. I am grateful. Thank you.

SYSTEM FROZE SEVERAL TIMES. SYSTEM DID NOT CHECK ALL ACOUNTS AS NON DIGITAL SO I HADTO GO BACK MANUUALLY TO CHECK ALL OF THOSE BOXES TO LABEL THEM NMON DIGITAL.
