TurboTax is garbage software and does nothing but pop up with adds about paying for extra services. TurboTax crashed when I was almost done with my taxes and I had to start back from the beginning. I will not use TurboTax again.

Download, install, and activation worked flawlessly for me. Has been the way I purchase this product for many years and never had any issues. Also the Sam's Club discount is a must for me.

I am always totally satisfied with doing my taxes via TURBOTAX. It makes life so much simpler and is and always has been a "user friendly" experience. Thanks and GOD bless.

I've been using Turbo Tax for more than 15 years and I have no problem with the accuracy and entering all the information that is needed to file my tax.

Turbo Tax is easy, walking you through all the steps of filing both Federal and State returns. I've using Turbo Tax for many years now and it's never disappointed! Thank you.

Additional information on specific forms or processes is general and usually of no help. Trying to contact other users or Turbotax staff is hugely time consuming and usually of little help.

Turbo Tax makes filing easy, but eliminating Its Deductible from the desktop version this year is a terrible disservice to loyal users. I will consider using another tax software application next year as a result.

would be nice if it was able to allow all payee state numbers for my state it wanted a state tax id number which is different then a payee number on a 1099-R

I have used turbotax for over 20 years and have always found it to be an excellent product. I have never had any issues or need additional help when using the product.

I'll tell you, it is ridiculous that you want my opinion, all I want to do is my taxes. It seems that all you desire is the up sale. You price is ridiculous enough already and the older I get the less I need the expensive tax programs.
