Not accurate. Michigan state return tries to tax for police officer pension. No question in interview addresses it. I had to go in manually to change it.

I was very disappointed to not have the donations "its deductible" feature gone. I have used turbo tax for many years and question whether or not to use it in the future.

This is my 5th year using Turbotax and there are a few serious flaws. It never prompts you to enter your IRS ID me PIN? you have to go digging to enter it,

The interview process employed by Turbo Tax makes the whole process of filing taxes as easy as it gets. I have continued to use it for over 10 years now.

Costs to buy the program. Then multiple fees are required to actually file the taxes. On top of being pushed to pay for more add-ons during the whole experience.

Harder to use than last year. It kept asking me about a Canadian investment. Hard to get out of that. The efile was easier though. Overall, I like the product and have been using it for many years.

I have been using TurboTax for many years. I can't say I appreciate all the ‘glitzy' stuff your designers are adding year after year. I also find your ‘help' features are not really helpful!

Easy to use. Very compatible with computer. Help is awesome. I feel get accurate numbers based on previous year. Love all the features and interface.

The fees added at the very end of the process are unexpected and seem high. After years of doing my taxes on TurboTax I feel locked in at this point.

It seems that with your push to get customers using the online version of TurboTax, the programming has gotten sloppy and a bit twitchy for the Desktop version, which I prefer and will continue to seek to use until it is no longer offered.
