I am a long time user of turbo tax. Was not happy when program would not import last years taxes from turbo tax. The other issue I had was I am not able to print copy of my tax return

It is April 15 and I can't e-file due to the program not advancing, keeps going back to the same place (stuck in a loop). Very unhappy!!! Never had a problem before. So now I will incur a late fee. Thanks Turbo Tax.

Online filing was terrible, couldn't file federal without state, wasted 2-3 hours entering and reentering data and info, had to repeat 20 screens every time i tried filing federal

A little more complicated it seemed this year but that may have been AI related. Still a nice solution for filing taxes for someone who doesn't have a complicated situation. Thanks

Everything went well. only issue I had it was not clear to where to add my wife, I think last year it ask me, ARE YOU READY TO ADD YOUR Spouse. You do not have a number that we can call to make you sure the IRS was fully paid.

For the business/trust returns, saving the K-1s does not save all relevant schedules (QBI/199s) along with the K-1, requiring me to re-send items to people.

Not as clear as years past, many spots where you have to pick an option and open it to fill in information. Past versions automatically open the tab and tell you to enter info.

I had a problem with the Federal carry over section. It wasn't letting me fix the problem on the screen. Cat, the help rep figured out what was wrong and had it fixed in just a few minutes. She had a great customer service attitude. She is a keeper!
