I was not able to e-file my Minnesota tax return. It was not clear why. I paid for Deluxe with State so I didn't have to do this by mail. I don't have a printer and it is a huge hassle to get the state printed for mailing.

CD version great - be careful - it is easy to get misdirected to the ONLINE version - which is worthless - you have to re-enter all the material and essentially start over. FORGET free.

Program would not import my 2024 tax file (Win10), had to download from Turbotax/Intuit. Financial accounts, had to make a new account for a 1099-B from that I did not have last year. That should have been an easy addition to the existing account.

Not at all happy with the changes made to turbo tax. Very hard to import tax files. To preview the forms and print they look like garbage. Very disappointed. very good chance this will be the last time I use Turbo Tax.

Have been using turbo tax over 10years. Glad I don't have to do all the extra schedules required to calculate income and deductions.Find it easy to use.

I have used TurboTax for a long time. I like having the option of reviewing all areas or just going to the areas needed for my return. I have learned how to organize documents to make the process go more smoothly and quickly.

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years and love the product. However, the past couple years it gives message that it cannot connect to the internet when I am fully connected. Eventually, it does connect but can be very frustrating.

The new update that requires you to be on Ventura for Mac is so wasteful, you mean to tell me that I need to buy a new computer to use TurboTax. I would not recommend if you have an older Mac like I do.

Federal was great. The Delaware return on line 32 it had $440 which if you read that is the correct amount. I filed my taxes online and the Delaware only had $225. This amount did not affect my refund amount.

The push ad that advocated using the online version of TurboTax was misleading. Made me believe that State Filing was free but was still trying to be charged for e-file for state. Never will fall for that again!!!
