I had a problem with the Federal carry over section. It wasn't letting me fix the problem on the screen. Cat, the help rep figured out what was wrong and had it fixed in just a few minutes. She had a great customer service attitude. She is a keeper!

Once again this year, same as last year, I encountered problems with error message for System Run Time.SerializationException ,,,which prohibited me from continuing until I uninstalled the app and reinstalled.
