Easy to use and flexible for most seniors. I've been using for years so the entry and sequence is very familiar evens in face of a few changes each year.

The system froze in the beginning, and when it came to filing the state taxes, it asked if I would like to use the free state, I said yes, and it wanted to charge me $25 at the end.

This was easy to use. The only negative is the ultimate Refund Processing Fee plus the state fee, when the initial statements are file your taxes for free and you get one state return free.

Couldn't file electronically because you didn't support Form 1310 for receiving a refund for a deceased individual. Upset that you had to pay for a software program that other free programs could do

Difficulty with month on credit card payment of state return had to resubmit nearly 10 times! Everything else went fine. This is not the first time the remitting of payment has caused problems, get your act together!!!!!

Your product is awful now. The stupid forcing to use the online version is beyond maddening. I hate this product now and will cease being your customer.

Its extremely misleading, pricing is not accurate, help is not actually help, just reassurance, and most of your deductions are not easy to find. When you choose a 'Guide me through' option it *should* guide you through everything.

It does what it's supposed to, but wants to try and upsell you every step of the way and dictating what operating system you use and requiring you make an account with them.

I have been using turbo tax for years. I am a 61 year old and I am able to do this with ease! I did not group using computers. The last time I had my taxes done by a professional, he was using Turbo Tax! I highly recommend!

Purchased Deluxe with state during Black Friday/Cyber Monday for a discount, best price I could find anywhere. Received my email overnight and installed without issues. Worked as it did last year which I also purchased through Sams.
