Intuit is a company and turbotax lobbies the government to make taxes more complicated, and removes free filing options, so you keep paying them to file your taxes .

I'm a long time customer since first introduced to Turbo Tax by a colleague! I in turn have passed on the tradition of using your product to my children, grandchildrean and friends!

Thanks for telling us that Federal isn't sending checks, tho you still have that option on the filing choice. Now I have to figure out how to get my sons, who is autistic, tax return updated to include direct deposit instead of a check.

I have been using this program for over 30 years and have not had any issues. It is very thorough when walking you through each income and deduction topic. I would highly recommend it!!

I was very disappointed. First it imported last years info, then when I opened it a again and waited for updates my info from last year was gone. Could not restore info. Input all previous data. How so you print files

I appreciate being able to walk through each section and get help if needed. I feel like this program is accurate and that I can trust it. I felt like it was more difficult this year due to all the tax changes but feel that they are all covered.

Been using TurboTax since it first came out, only stopped for 2 years when my tax situation changed to a difficult situation. But came back. Still my number one choice for tax preparation

I have used TurboTax for years. This version is not able to do a tax return yet, "wait til later in January when our software will be completed" for tax year 2025. I mean, REALLY! YOU DIDN'T PLAN TO HAVE YOUR SOFTWARE READY IN 2026!

Disappointed in TurboTax letting customer know that many forms were delayed such that we could not filed our taxes, and did not keep us updated on when they would be provided. Will probably use H&R Block next year.

I have used Turbo Tax for years. It's easy, just take your time. No need to go to a tax preparer, because they will ask you the same questions that Turbo Tax does.
