Nasty and difficult

worst year ever. I have been using turbo tax since 2006 and this was the MOST difficult year You all broke a good product. Please fix before next year.

Heart Stopping

The IRS provided an PIN number so I can electronically file. 2025 software did not ask me to refresh so m first attempt at filing the return failed. Heart stopping

Entry issues

My online helper was excellent!! I had a few issues entering the SSA and she worked until we were able to resolve the issue. High recordation for Jennica!!!!

this year's product terrible

Have used this product for decades-this year it will not allow me to file electronically as I have not completed my state form-note no income tax in WA

Turbo Tax Fan

Love the step-by-step instructions, easy to follow and quick. Adequate guidance when needed. Simple to navigate. I have used Turbo Tax for more than 10 years and have never had any issues with my taxes.

Wish you'd go back to one free state included

I love turbo tax, I just wish I could pick it up in a store like I used to be able to. I also wish it included one free state filing instead of just a download like it used to. I hate that they are five and ten dollaring us.

I bought the package and install it on my pc. Now I can't print my returns correctly. Why????? I don't want to have to buy adobe reader. I guess I'll have to e-file even my state taxes.

So features appear to have been removed

IF YOU GO TOO FAR INTO THE STATE IT LOCKS YOU OUT FROM THE DETAILED ENTRY AND GETTING BACK IS A REAL PAIN. ALSO THE ESTIMATED TAX PAYMENT ANALYSIS APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED. NOT GOOD.

Very Good

Everything went well except it did not allow me to pay online for State filing. It did an oops. I had to remove Turbotax and redownload it from your web site and import my file as an amended return in order to file state.
