for NY State on the 1099-R form the Gross Distribution and the State Distribution have to be same to file electronic. i think the (or statement ) in wrong.

Have been using product for 25 years and never had as much trouble before. The program did not pick up items from various 1099s in consistent ways. In general, what had been a straightforward process in previous years became a real chore.

been using TT for years and i was self employed .. never had a problem or audit. . Now I'm retired and couldn't do my return without their help filling out the forms for my investment income.

Costs to buy the program. Then multiple fees are required to actually file the taxes. On top of being pushed to pay for more add-ons during the whole experience.

Easy step by step instructions to follow. Liked ability to go back and forward and skip. Easy to get last year's return information without my having to look for it.

I have been using TurboTax for more than 20 years. it saved me time in doing the additions and subtractions. the format has been changing with time for the better. I will continue to use TurboTax for future years

Generally I find Turbo Tax easy to use, but do find navigation to specific parts of the return not as intuitive as it could be since I use the product but once a year.

Intuit fell on its face and ruined a simple, useful product with relentless adware promoting "Experts" and a web-based platform no one really wants or needs. I won't be back.

I'm getting tired of the ploys to get us to spend more money. The amount we are required to spend needs to be up front. I want to be able to download the software and file the returns. no advertising for tax help or other things.
