I trust the accuracy of the product and the features are easy to understand. The online guides are handy and accessible. It would be especially helpful if it were still available on disc for those who do not have internet access.

Had a lot of problems with finding specific forms needed. Turbo Tax needs a box at the top to search for forms, not just the forms in the current filing.

TurboTax has a FORMS view that I find useful to check my filing. However, the forms view does not link to the IRS instructions sheets. IT SHOULD PROVIDE LINKS TO THE IRS INSTRUCTIONS!

I decided to not download my Fidelit Brokerage 1099. I am a co-owner on my son's account and it downloaded his 1099... even though it had his social security number as the primary owner.

As usual Turbo Tax deluxe does a good job, however I see that next years deluxe will not do any stock/bond inputs. My need for stock/bond entries is minimal it still matters and moving up to premier is not going to happen.

The program is easy to use, and I've used it for decades. It would be nice if there was broader explanation of terms when searching for detailed information.

25 dollars charged for e-filing but not able to e-file due to a form that was supported online but not with this software and not able to do direct deposit for this return.
