A bit cumbersome for very simple returns. A glitch in the program does not allow editing or deleting 1099 forms imported from previous year, even thou it claims to do so.

After last update, the program would not let me go to the print phase when hitting "continue". Had to go directly to Print Tab to complete the final submission portion of filing.

I've used TurboTax for many years and i' basically easy to navigate. The only thing I do not like is that I couldn't file my state return paper had to pay $25.00 more dollars to file electronically.

I use TurboTax every year...it's quick and easy set up, and it walks me through everything to file my tax returns with no errors. Thank you TurboTax...see you next year!

Turbo Tax has been my tax software for almost two decades. it has always been simple to use and provides excellent information. I have has no issues with my returns and am a satisfied customer.

I have been using your product for years and since I have no unusable tax situations it is quite easy. HOWEVER, I WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU FOR CANCELLING ITSDEDUCTABLE!!!! I CAME VERY CLOSE TO GOING TO ANOTHER BRAND!!!

it worked perfectly for me and my spouse to file. however, my return has been rejected 2 times since i sent it the first time i just sent it again for the 3rd time. there were no updates available when i logged back into my return to re-send it.

Nothing to tell about this year's taxes except that I was confused about the free Turbo Tax filing versus the downloaded version on my laptop. You ask me to fill this out, yet you can not accept that I don't want to fill it out completely. Why???

I used the Deluxe version. It is very difficult to enter the cost basis for bond sales when it was not reported to the IRS from the brokerage firm. The software should have an option to deal with this issue.

Weird operation this year. Late in "check" and "filing" numerous requests for fields (addresses mostly) that ought to have been taken care of earlier.
