I have used Turbo Tax for years, it makes filing taxes as easy as possible, I'm not a tax expert, but I can file my taxes with little to no issues using Turbo Tax each year.

not nearly as user friendly. Harder to save copy, harder to open, not as many helpful questions as prior years. very difficult to file state by mail and federal e-file. may try something else next year.

It would be nice that Intuit would tell us that it is not necessary to file state tax with only social security income prior to having us pay and download the forms.

Went alright until the end. Filing was difficult as I could not choose a method of payment. I don't know if it was a glitch or something else in the system.

Turbo Tax is a good tool but this year there is an issue with the pension section concerning Canada Pensions which we do not have. Otherwise the filing was easy.

Turbo Tax is accurate and easy to use. I found answers to all my questions/concerns within the program. I had to switch to Turbo Tax for Apple IOS instead of Windows. The transfer was seamless and everything worked great.

Believe we have been using Turbo Tax since it was invented and without issue. This year the Fed went well, but the 2025 Georgia Tax Return will not get the AGI from the Fed form resulting in show GA Tax Due when it should be Zero.

Turbo tax is NOT working for me. I went to file electronically and I get an error message that an update is required, but I have made the update. Still craps out. VERY FRUSTRATED.

I believe the tax forms should already be available by January 15th at the latest. Customers should not have to wait for constant updates. The tax bill was passed in July!!!

A little different this year in the steps Turbo Tax walked me thru the soft ware. Wanted to identify all the forms we would be used. I didn't hare some when I started but worked through it. It worked out very nicely
