I've been using TurboTax for over 25 years. Find it easy to use. Love being able to file on line. Information will automatically appear the following year when I begin my tax return.

I've been using Turbo Tax for a long time Since about 1994 on 5.5 inch floppy. This version was the worst so far. It was much more confusing than any other year. It got the job done, but it took me much longer than other years.

It looks like your guidance this year is not as good as in previous years. I had to spend more time looking for items that were better visible before.

i LIKE THE WAY YOU COPY DATA FROM PRIOR RETURNS. HELPFUL TO SHOW PREIOUS ENTRIES TO COMPARE WITH CURRENT ENTRIES. DON'T KNOW WHY PROGRAM WANTED ME TO FILE A WA STATE RETURN WHEN YOU KNOW WA STATE DOES NOT REQUIRE ONE - YET.

I wasn't able to put account number in the box to pay NY state, it only let me enter 5 characters. also IRA workflow very awkward. Could not go back and forth between forms and easy step.

I found it more difficult to enter income this year. The application did not give me a clear instruction where to do it. However, I found it and everything else worked well.

I've been very pleased for years, but last year i paid $40 last year because your instructions are misleading. It is not clear that it is cheaper to pay by credit card. Options should be side by side, and not vertical.

Not a fan of the boxes that one needs to click on this year. e.g., W-2, etc. Also was asked things that should have been pulled over from last year. I don't like being nagged to buy other features.

For the year 2025, I am just giving 2 starts as the application was unable to pull Crypto investments as well as allowable losses from last year. It was more manual this year.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and cant imagine doing taxes any other way. Fast, Accurate and it keeps you focused on getting all the bits and pieces
