TT is still missing guidance in certain sections. Also, not sure why I had to mail in form 8453 with attachments; it (partially) defeats the purpose of e-filing.

I have used turbo tax for over a decade and this is the first year I have been so aggravated with the program. Do not like the ai it is slow to respond has lost its user friendly aspect etc .....

This years' experience TurboTax was the absolute worst in over 20 years of using TT. You guys seemed too interested in acquiring personal biometric data and you've scared me off of TT.

I wasted one day attempting to activate TurboTax 2025 Deluxe on a Windows 11 PC. I have been using for over decade and never had any installation/activating issues... very disappointing.

The help search is not very helpful. It gives a lot of irrelevant information, AI searches outside of the TurboTax software gives much better results.

Overall TurboTax is pretty easy to use by what I don't like is the cost. Additionally, why was I charged a processing fee when I purchased TurboTax Deluxe that included both state and federal?

Many years a Turbo Tax user and always satisfied. This year it would not take my credit card information until I cleared my cache and rebooted my computer....go figure.

I would give the app 5 stars but I had trouble printing my state to file by mail. It was difficult to navigate to the proper screen to file by mail. I don't understand WHY I need to pay and additional $20 to e-file.

TurboTax was great until I had to file an amended state tax return. Then it did not calculate the necessary changes properly and would not let me modify the forms manually. I had to find and fill out the forms myself and mail them in. Disappointing.

it's a very good tool, though sometimes when errors or questions arise it's a good idea to use the FORMS tab to see what turbotax is actually trying to do. you can see what numbers the app is actually plugging into various fields.
