Turbo Tax should have maintained it's Deductible. No notice was provided to users that it no longer was part of Turbo Tax - I have used that add-on every year that it was available.

Their menus could be more clear. Make it easier to pick and choose what to work on. I dislike to processing fee that is tacked onto refunds. What's up with sneaking that into the filing process and not disclose up front. Shame on you all

It would not download my 2024 Turbo Tax return. After I completed 90% of my return it froze up and it did not save anything and I ended up having to completely redue it. NOT HAPPY

Gents: I would like to discontinue working on my federal tax return now as I have further info to input at a later date. How do I get out of Turbo Tax and save all the tax information already entered on my return

could have had more information about updates on the input of 1099rs and also how to input since the format changed from previous years to a icon based input.

As always, it was easy to file my state and Fed taxes, I filed and 4 days later received the Fed check and the next day received the State check - both into my checking account.

RMD satisfaction needs work. Have multiple accounts. Didn't take money out of one. You only ask about RMDs from accounts with 1099. Should have work sheet asking for balance o each account and total RMD requirement.

The system froze in the beginning, and when it came to filing the state taxes, it asked if I would like to use the free state, I said yes, and it wanted to charge me $25 at the end.
