Had problems with retrieving the prior year records and automatically moving it to the current year. Worked with Charity in Georgia to resolve my problem (she did an OUTSTAND job).

Guidance seemed a little different this year. It had duplicate listing of previous entries, such as Bethpage or Fidelity. This caused me to think i was missing something. I downloaded Fidelity and it still listed it as not entered.

I initially doubled up on my Tips because the program asked which part of the 1099-K as well as the 1099-NEC was Tips. The programing should notify / remind the user that Tips were already entered one or the other.

TurboTax is one of the easiest software tax programs and I love the accuracy of the program. They also have expert on standby for any questions you may have.

Not a fan of the boxes that one needs to click on this year. e.g., W-2, etc. Also was asked things that should have been pulled over from last year. I don't like being nagged to buy other features.

This process needs to be simplified. I just want to file my taxes without having to deny purchases of products that don't apply to our situation. I have used Turbo Tax for the last several years, and this year was a bust when it came time to e-file

Been using TurboTax for over 10 years now. Makes doing mine and my daughter's tax returns a whole lot easier and makes me feel very confident that it's done accurately and that we're getting the maximum refund possible!!

I have been using Turbo tax for 15 years because of reliability, easy use and affordable cost. The electronic filing was secured and simple to complete. The software was easy to upload to my computer and documents were saved without any problems.

Non-stop hidden fees. I'm always surprised every year but I shouldn't be. This time I bought the software and get to the end and they have an additional $65 fee for filing.

I realize that Windows 10 is not being supported any longer my Microsoft, but could have kept compatible for a while longer. Had to purchase a new laptop with windows 11 to complete. I did no like or trust the Online version.
