My live expert was very helpful. The import on 1099-R from the State of Minnesota Teachers Retirement Association could use a bit more quality assurance testing.

The only complain was the change in coming up with the value of things under deductibles. I liked the old way. My rating would have been a 4.5. Nothing is perfect.

Was easy to use once installed. Link to Intuit and afterwards initiate download as if you had the software. Go back to program once you put the id# into the Intuit area. Was awesome once you started using. Also program the cursor to be black!

would not let me e-file my return had to mail in I bought software very simple taxes no itemized senior still asked for credit card or have refund from feds pay. my Toal income with retirement and s.s. is 59,000.00 for me and my wife

Things went as good as previous years except for printing. Each time I try to print, it wants me to do my state return and I have already completed it. Not sure what is going on.

I have used TurboTax since the '90s. It's always accurate based on the information provided. I survived an audit for one year; in my opinion, in part, it was partially due for having used TurboTax to prepare my taxes.

Usually, your software is great; however, you had a couple of endless loops. I'm a computer programmer, so it was easy for me, but for others, not so much...FYI. Thanks.

Very easy to process and understand each step. Having used this program over ten years or more , this one is a great improvement was able to move thru with ease.

Been using turbo tax since inception - do not like the "hidden" $40 return processing fee. Did not have a good review of the return as it was only available in the print screen thumbnail - Not good
