My standard deduction was a lot higher than itemizing. This made doing very lengthy medical calculations a huge waist of time. Asking if medical expenses are at least enough to possibly exceed our standard deduction would have helped.

I want my TurboTax to be complete. I had to go into the forms and update. I generated a 6-digit ID Pin code from the IRS, but I do not know where to use it for TurboTax, which has a 5-digit code. What gives.

Same excellent experience as in previous years. Was able to muddle my way through the package without incident. My return is fairly basic these days. Thank you.

I find it upsetting that I have to pay for the processing fee of $40 and I bought the software for almost $50. You do the math....I am paying close to $100 just to file taxes. That sounds like double dipping.

The program is good and easy to use but it starts charging all these fees at the end to file state and a processing fee after we already bought the program! Ridiculous. Won't be using next year unless this changes.

It needs to be possible to see and edit all details associated with a summary entry when we review our information after we have completed all entries.

Difficulty with month on credit card payment of state return had to resubmit nearly 10 times! Everything else went fine. This is not the first time the remitting of payment has caused problems, get your act together!!!!!

This was easy to use. The only negative is the ultimate Refund Processing Fee plus the state fee, when the initial statements are file your taxes for free and you get one state return free.

Gents: I would like to discontinue working on my federal tax return now as I have further info to input at a later date. How do I get out of Turbo Tax and save all the tax information already entered on my return
