I have been using Turbo Tax as long as I can remember. My returns have been evaluated by CPA's and always come out well. Tax prep is so easy with this program, I use it for all of my family.

I originally filed online, but I need to file an amended return. It was very easy to purchase a code, download the software, and quickly make the amendment.

I HAD TO CALL FOR HELP SEVERAL TIMES. AUTOMATED SYSTEMS WERE SO-SO. LIVE AGENTS (3 TIMES) WERE OUTSTANDING. KNOWELEDGABLE, FRIENDLY AND A MILD SENSE OF HUMOR. THANK YOU!

This is a fine tax software. I found the features and interface to be user-friendly. I did have some difficulty loading the software onto my machine and needed help. Yet, customer service was knowledgeable. It was me and not the software :)

Upon importing last year's TurboTax file, the software immediately displayed a tax liability before any current income was entered. This initial calculation is unsettling and raises concerns regarding the software's real-time accuracy.

Imported from Ameriprise and had to fill in a number of forms with addresses and names which was cumbersome. Did not have to do this on the last two years. Very frustrating.

I've used Turbo Tax for 20 years only had one issue, the online group resolved quickly to allow me to meet the tax deadline

TurboTax is the best! It walks you through the process step by step. One year I tried another software and it didn't compare. Love TurboTax

was very fast and easy. i was very grateful to use this when there was a error with a previous year taxes.
