I've been a TurboTax Desktop customer for probably more than 20 years and it is an excellent, easy to use and accurate application. Keep up the great work producing an excellent product!

The desktop version is quite good. I trust it. I cannot say the same for the online version. It needs serious work - feels like a beta test not a finished product.

Overall using Turbo tax has saved me a lot of stress. By taking me step by step through the whole process of completing the State and Federal tax forms. It's as easy as a multiple answer quiz.

Had a problem downloading Turbotax. Called the service center and resolved the problem. Talked with Natonya and she solved my problem, She is a super employee.

Easy to input all my data except charitable donations of goods. If Its Deductible is not provided with purchase next year, I will be looking for another tax prep software for 2026 tax season.

Even with downloading brokerage statements, keeps asking for specific info that's on the form. And asks obscure questions that are difficult to understand. They make it very frustrating and more time consuming then it ought to be.

As we are retired on a fixed income, it was simple and fast. The only issue we had was finding the reconciliation form for the Premium Tax Credit and 1095-A. for some reason it did not come up in the step by step process, or we just missed it.

I like that it takes last year's tax information and imports it into this year's taxes. Did not like the new way of estimating the value of items that were donated.

Appreciate the question format. Seems easy to input data and complete. Audit of data is valuable. as is the transfer of info to state return. Miss the ability to switch between input view and the tax forms.
