I've been using TurboTax for over 15 years and there are never any issues/problems when completed. I love that it guides you through the entire process. Thx TurboTax!

Like I said, every year gets harder and harder to complete my Filing. For whatever reason, you don't want to. Copy from last year's filing. It just makes it harder and harder every year.

turbo tax is easy to work with. Only one thing I was not satisfied with was the at the end of the after I finished the return turbo tax wanted me to register for Audit demand which I didn't want to do.

Turbo tax is excellent, walks you through each step. Downloading is a fast and convenient way to get your investments. You know when you file the return it is accurate. E-file and track your return is fantastic.

RMD is very confusing and required RMD should be listed as separate entry. not with each 1099-R we get. had to adjust per entry otherwise taxed us as huge amount

It looks like your guidance this year is not as good as in previous years. I had to spend more time looking for items that were better visible before.

This program is not right, filled with mistakes, and hard to fill out. I get multiple answers from the same data?\ Called 15 times and spent over 40 hours trying to file. I filed, and TurboTax has two different outcomes. Totally screwed up.

Past versions have been easier to use. The loss of ItsDeductible was a huge problem not to mention it made listing donations an incredible pain, costing me time and effort.

I am so frustrated right now.... I could not print nor take a picture of h fees to file. Now I cannot find and easy way to find them so tah I can save them. If I dont get a copy in the email, I will likely not use Turbo tax again.

I was unhappy to find that I could not shift between TT online and TT desktop. Please try to make allow uploading a file worked on a laptop into TT online. I lost $15 due to this!
