All good except I was NOT ABLE to import my UBS 1099 info via the import tool as I could last year. This year TT asked for a format for importing and TXT didn't work.

I used to give you five stars. I have been your customer for maybe 10 years or more. You changed your interface to track and calculate donations - clothing, etc. Your new system is awful.

I have tried to print my returns but the Illinois K-12 Education Expense Credit Worksheet page has an error and stop it from printing. acrobat tell you to contact the create to correct problem!

The preparation is getting more difficult every year. I have been using Turbo Tax for Decades, and it takes longer and longer to complete each year. Less explanations for entries, some make no sense at all.

Intuit's existence is only maintained by them lining the pockets of senators who then strike down efforts to have what is an automatic process in the world across the pond.

With TT you don't have to keep track of last year's entries. TT pulls basic entries from last year and populates the current years return. It is thus simple and timesaving.

Good experience. I would like to say I enjoyed working with Turbo Tax, however, since it is mandatory that we file a tax return every year, it serves the purpose.

Easy to work with interview option. I did have to identify foreign interest/dividends off line - would have been nice to have Turbo tax identify these amounts on my behalf since the tax file was imported from Fidelity Investments

Very dissapointed this year, had alot of trouble using the desktop version. I had to uninstall and reinstall the files three times. Very poor performance.

would not let me e-file my return had to mail in I bought software very simple taxes no itemized senior still asked for credit card or have refund from feds pay. my Toal income with retirement and s.s. is 59,000.00 for me and my wife
